Our bespoke ILM approved and accredited Management Programme
Content and delivery
Our Management Elevate programme is delivered virtually via Zoom. On successful completion, you will achieve a Management, Level 5 skills-set accredited certification. Our programme has been robustly mapped by ILM across 49 management components, and as would be expected with an internationally renowned awarding body, all areas of the programme have been assessed and approved.
Eight two hour on-line tutor-facilitated Skills Workshops with 2 one to one support sessions in addition to professional support throughout the course.

Programme
What is expected of learners?
* Prior to your first Skillshop, you will be set several pre-course tasks around your learning style, aspirations and expected learning outcomes for yourself as a result of taking the course
* You will attend the two hour workshops on the designated dates once a week for the eight-week duration. Session times are 10am to 12pm. The sessions will be recorded and available for reference post the sessions on request
* You will need to complete a minimum 90% attendance to be granted your Management Elevate certificate
As the Management Elevate programme is recognised by the ILM, there is an element of assessment required, which we carry out in a supportive and relevantly practical way whilst assessing how you have applied your learning. You will complete an action plan and reflective account after each module with feedback provided by your tutor.
